The PicoWay® Resolve is a state-of-the-art treatment for acne scars, enlarged pores, hyperpigmentation and wrinkles. This laser delivers ultra-short picosecond pulses of energy to the tissue making this device faster than any other lasers in its class while still being safe. These bursts of energy break up pigmentation in age spots while stimulating collagen production to smooth wrinkles. CO2RE system 

CO2RE system is the first fully-integrated CO2 laser with 100+ indications cleared in 10 medical specialties providing a total of six different treatment modes, including four fractional ablative treatment modes, five pattern shapes, a traditional resurfacing mode, and an excision mode that includes defined shape and freehand modes for minor dermal excisions.

This aggressive form of laser resurfacing delivers intense heat to the skin surface to vaporize skin cells (non-ablative lasers do not destroy skin cells), and the fractional aspect is targeted to a specific treatment area.
